My outside natural gas water heater stopped working. I phoned Baywood to see if they could determine and fix the problem.The response was very professional.They phoned me back at the time they said they would.They came and assessed the problem - old system no longer working or worth fixing.They told me how much a replacement heater would cost and were on site within 15 minutes of my accepting the quote. We had our new filter tap over the kitchen sink fitted Friday just a few hours after I phoned Baywood Plumbing. I'd been without water since Monday waiting for the tap to come from over east. Craig made such a good job I asked him if he could look at the taps over my bathroom handbasin; they were shot; they were the originals from when the house was built 37 years ago. Craig recommended a new set and a quote. Tuesday he came back to fit all new taps in the bathrooms, handbasins, bath and showers. What a difference these have made. We had a leaking toilet and broken kitchen mix master tap. Craig came in and advised us on the best course of action for resolving both. He provided me with various options and did not apply any pressure on one item or another. Then when I made my selection he replaced the tap in ten minutes. As it turned out I needed an new toilet. Craig removed the old one and replaced it with the new one in two hours and most importantly no damage to floor tiles, even after chipping away the concrete. Rarely can you get immediate, professional and well skilled services like these guys. I called on Friday night at 9pm and by 9am the next morning the job was near complete with a new hws installed in literally 2 hours maximum. Good efficient work. Absolutely cost effective. The plumber was on time and professional and even saved me more money than quoted as a GPO that had been quoted for by another plumber (who'd actually been to the property!) was not required! I would highly recommend this company I had an emergency leak this morning and the lovely people at Baywood managed to fit me in even though they were fully booked which I was very impressed with.I came home from work to a beautiful shower head and new taps which I was not expecting at all.The service is 2nd to none and the price was unbelievable.They did not over charge me and came out exactly on time.It is lovely to deal with such a kind company.The price they charged me was extremely good and I cannot recommend this company enough.I am so happy with the service I received and will only be using them in the future.Clare Summers in Belmont.read more
