I organised Baywood to replace a toilet and we agreed a model, Craig organised to pick it up from the supplier, agreed a time to install it and I was advised how long it would take. Baywood's Craig did an efficient and effective once over for me. I had an extensive list of problems and Craig addressed them all with a rare professional ease. I am so pleased with the new taps and that all the various issues are well-fixed.Baywood was very quick and we're on site the day after I called. My outside natural gas water heater stopped working. I phoned Baywood to see if they could determine and fix the problem.The response was very professional.They phoned me back at the time they said they would.They came and assessed the problem - old system no longer working or worth fixing.They told me how much a replacement heater would cost and were on site within 15 minutes of my accepting the quote. We had our new filter tap over the kitchen sink fitted Friday just a few hours after I phoned Baywood Plumbing. I'd been without water since Monday waiting for the tap to come from over east. Craig made such a good job I asked him if he could look at the taps over my bathroom handbasin; they were shot; they were the originals from when the house was built 37 years ago. Craig recommended a new set and a quote. Tuesday he came back to fit all new taps in the bathrooms, handbasins, bath and showers. What a difference these have made. Graig worked nearly three hours not even stopping for a coffee. He's made an excellent job and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks mate.:)read more

We had a leaking toilet and broken kitchen mix master tap. Craig came in and advised us on the best course of action for resolving both. He provided me with various options and did not apply any pressure on one item or another. Then when I made my selection he replaced the tap in ten minutes. As it turned out I needed an new toilet. Craig removed the old one and replaced it with the new one in two hours and most importantly no damage to floor tiles, even after chipping away the concrete. I would highly recommend this company I had an emergency leak this morning and the lovely people at Baywood managed to fit me in even though they were fully booked which I was very impressed with.I came home from work to a beautiful shower head and new taps which I was not expecting at all.The service is 2nd to none and the price was unbelievable.They did not over charge me and came out exactly on time.It is lovely to deal with such a kind company.The price they charged me was extremely good and I cannot recommend this company enough.I am so happy with the service I received and will only be using them in the future.Clare Summers in Belmont.read more

Great response to a failed hot water unit. Installed a temporary electric one to get me across the weekend before the excellent job replacing the gas one on Monday. Good price as well.

I've chosen to go online to leave a positive Google review after having Baywood Plumbing on site today and leave with no call out fee after I decided not to go ahead with the reason for the callout.
