Craig made such a good job I asked him if he could look at the taps over my bathroom handbasin; they were shot; they were the originals from when the house was built 37 years ago. We had a leaking toilet and broken kitchen mix master tap. Craig came in and advised us on the best course of action for resolving both. He provided me with various options and did not apply any pressure on one item or another. Then when I made my selection he replaced the tap in ten minutes. As it turned out I needed an new toilet. Great experience with Craig who has just installed a new beaut toilet to replace our existing one which has been leaking. He also replaced the shower head & taps in our en suite after it was found that there was water leaking between our bathroom & walk in wardrobe. Excellent service, friendly & very courteous. Rarely can you get immediate, professional and well skilled services like these guys. I called on Friday night at 9pm and by 9am the next morning the job was near complete with a new hws installed in literally 2 hours maximum. Good efficient work. Absolutely cost effective. I would highly recommend this company I had an emergency leak this morning and the lovely people at Baywood managed to fit me in even though they were fully booked which I was very impressed with.I came home from work to a beautiful shower head and new taps which I was not expecting at all.The service is 2nd to none and the price was unbelievable.They did not over charge me and came out exactly on time.It is lovely to deal with such a kind company.The price they charged me was extremely good and I cannot recommend this company enough.I am so happy with the service I received and will only be using them in the future.Clare Summers in Belmont.read more
