Great experience. Sent someone straight out and gave a few options on how to proceed and were very open about cost, timing etc. Showed up on time the next morning for a new hot water system install and also did some other work while on the job for discounted rates and still finished in the quoted time. Very happy and highly recommend them

I rang with a blocked drain, they were great to deal with on the phone, extremely quick turnaround service. I will be using them for all my plumbing and gas needs and recommend them to all my friends. BEST PLUMBING SERVICE EVER

Today we had Baywood out for plumbing work. The first time we had them over a month ago, it was to source a leak under our drive way. We were given an indication of costs before we started. That included a leak detector company service. The source was found and part of the drive had to be cut out to repair the leak. Very good communication before and throughout the job. Great workers and clean up was fantastic. Today's effort was years of build up in the pipes off the kitchen. Again phone calls to advise when they intended to arrive. Costs given prior to starting the job and follow up suggestions to ensure the situation which we chose to accept. Workers were again, polite, respectful and excellent communication throughout the whole process. Clean up again was like they'd never been there. Even put the flower pot over the offending drain (as they'd found it) that had never had a cover since we moved here 3 years ago. Can't fault their service and reliability and would highly recommend to friends

Had baywood plumbing out to do some new taps in the bathroom and laundry . Work was pre-quoted and done very professionally. Craig was efficient and cleaned up after himself . Great job! Thanks again

Baywood Plumbing and Gas attended within 20 minutes of phoning to find a leak at our residence, firstly to find then repair. Their expertise was evident with the approach they took with a very difficult find and location. All was repaired and operating again back to normal in a very short time. We were so impressed with the service given in all areas. The first contact in speaking to the company to arrange for the service call, the promptness, reliability, cleanliness and completion of the job.
