We had our new filter tap over the kitchen sink fitted Friday just a few hours after I phoned Baywood Plumbing. I'd been without water since Monday waiting for the tap to come from over east. Craig made such a good job I asked him if he could look at the taps over my bathroom handbasin; they were shot; they were the originals from when the house was built 37 years ago. Craig recommended a new set and a quote. Tuesday he came back to fit all new taps in the bathrooms, handbasins, bath and showers. What a difference these have made. We had a leaking toilet and broken kitchen mix master tap. Craig came in and advised us on the best course of action for resolving both. He provided me with various options and did not apply any pressure on one item or another. Then when I made my selection he replaced the tap in ten minutes. As it turned out I needed an new toilet. Craig removed the old one and replaced it with the new one in two hours and most importantly no damage to floor tiles, even after chipping away the concrete. Great experience with Craig who has just installed a new beaut toilet to replace our existing one which has been leaking. He also replaced the shower head & taps in our en suite after it was found that there was water leaking between our bathroom & walk in wardrobe. Excellent service, friendly & very courteous. Rarely can you get immediate, professional and well skilled services like these guys. I called on Friday night at 9pm and by 9am the next morning the job was near complete with a new hws installed in literally 2 hours maximum. Good efficient work. Absolutely cost effective.
