We originally saw their ad in the Little Aussie Communities guide and used them again - this time for an extremely troublesome tap needing replacement. It caused Craig quite a bit of difficulty to remove and eventually (with some help from Dave) it came loose and was able to replace with a new tap. My outside natural gas water heater stopped working. I phoned Baywood to see if they could determine and fix the problem.The response was very professional.They phoned me back at the time they said they would.They came and assessed the problem - old system no longer working or worth fixing.They told me how much a replacement heater would cost and were on site within 15 minutes of my accepting the quote. We had our new filter tap over the kitchen sink fitted Friday just a few hours after I phoned Baywood Plumbing. I'd been without water since Monday waiting for the tap to come from over east. Craig made such a good job I asked him if he could look at the taps over my bathroom handbasin; they were shot; they were the originals from when the house was built 37 years ago. Craig recommended a new set and a quote. Tuesday he came back to fit all new taps in the bathrooms, handbasins, bath and showers. What a difference these have made. Graig worked nearly three hours not even stopping for a coffee. He's made an excellent job and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks mate.:)read more

We had a leaking toilet and broken kitchen mix master tap. Craig came in and advised us on the best course of action for resolving both. He provided me with various options and did not apply any pressure on one item or another. Then when I made my selection he replaced the tap in ten minutes. As it turned out I needed an new toilet. Craig removed the old one and replaced it with the new one in two hours and most importantly no damage to floor tiles, even after chipping away the concrete. Great experience with Craig who has just installed a new beaut toilet to replace our existing one which has been leaking. He also replaced the shower head & taps in our en suite after it was found that there was water leaking between our bathroom & walk in wardrobe. Excellent service, friendly & very courteous.
